Young Change Agents

Young Change Agents has delivered social entrepreneurship curriculum to 1710+ schools and 195K youth in Australia and piloted in 5 countries in 2025. We now need grants of US$75,000 to reach an additional 200 schools and 25,000+ students over the next year. Help us reach our goal of 2 million young change agents globally by 2030!

About Young Change Agents

Young Change Agents is an award-winning not-for-profit social enterprise founded in Australia, empowering young people to tackle real-world problems through entrepreneurial thinking and design.

Over the past nine years, we’ve supported 195,000+ students and thousands of educators through programs that develop agency, creativity, and changemaking in young people. From our flagship $20 Boss, Impact Boss and Digital Boss programs to community innovation challenges, communities-of-practice and our proprietary technology – the Entrepreneurial Learning Hub, we equip youth to create solutions—not just learn about them.

We work across schools, communities, government, and industry—building an ecosystem of support for youth-led innovation.

How to Help

Help scale Young Change Agents globally: invest in global youth changemaking

In 2024/25, we piloted a bold new initiative designed to bring social enterprise education and youth-led innovation to new corners of the world.

Now, with proof of concept in hand, we’re ready to scale.

US$75K will:

  • Support the five pilot countries to expand beyond the pilot stage
  • Onboard 10+ additional partners (200+ schools)
  • Train regional master trainers
  • Facilitate local contextualisation
  • Coordinate our Global Research Study

This is not just another education project. It’s a strategic effort to build a platform for global capacity, enabling scalable programs that empower young people to tackle local and global challenges.

By investing in this catalytic role, you’ll unlock exponential impact: hundreds of educators trained and a global community of youth changemakers. We call it “exponential good”.
